FALKIRK secured a long-overdue first win in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League as second-half goals from Chris Mitchell and Lee Bullen saw off Hamilton to close the gap at the basement to one point.
Scotland Under-21 full-back Mitchell broke the deadlock with a stunning free-kick in the 64th minute and veteran striker Bullen blasted home the second 11 minutes from time after coming on as substitute.

What started as a Sarah Palin lovefest in Noblesville ended in a chorus of boos.
Palin left her book signing at a Borders at Hamilton Town Center with hundreds still waiting for her signature.
The crowd booed as she left and shouted for her to stay, said Sylvia Gordon, 43, Noblesville, who waited for more than four hours Thursday night for Palin's signature.

Rangers scored three first-half goals Saturday to beat Kilmarnock 3-0 in the Scottish Premier League.
Rangers took the lead in the seventh minute when Kris Boyd ran onto Kevin Thomson's pass and slid the ball into the net.
Kenny Miller grabbed Rangers' second in the 24th with a clinical finish after Lee McCulloch flicked the ball on.

Suffolk police are investigating the shooting death of a teenager at a party in Brentwood Friday night.
Officers were called to 384 American Blvd. at 10:03 p.m. after a 911 caller reported that a teenager had been shot.
When police arrived, they found 15-year-old Christopher Hamilton lying on the front lawn with a gunshot wound to his head.
